Log Vietnamese food and see right away how much protein you still need today
Type “1 bowl of beef pho, 1 iced milk coffee”, speak into your phone or photograph your meal. The app estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat of each dish, adds them to your daily log and compares them with your goal. Dish names are understood in Vietnamese.
The first 300 accounts get a 14-day trial. Open it in your phone browser, no app store download needed. The app itself is in Vietnamese.

Logging a meal takes a few seconds
Tap the + button in the middle of the bottom bar and pick the way that suits you best.
Forgot to log yesterday? Add the words “hôm qua” (Vietnamese for “yesterday”) and the app records it on the right day. Weight, water and activity are logged in the same place.

Anh Bảy Gà keeps up with every meal

Drag to spin, tap Anh Bảy to see what he does.
Anh Bảy is a 3D character who stands on the Today page of the app. He praises you when you get enough protein, reminds you when you fall short, and nudges you when you have not drunk enough water. If he talks too much, turn on “Anh Bảy bớt nói” (Anh Bảy talks less) in settings.
Anh Bảy is an automated assistant, not a real person. He only speaks based on the numbers you log yourself, the app picks his lines with fixed rules, and your data is not sent to an AI for this.
Anh Bảy’s wardrobe
Complete daily challenges to earn coins, then swap them for outfits for Anh Bảy. Coins are only used inside the app and cannot be exchanged for money. The Protein Superhero and Golden Bảy Gà outfits are for customers who have a FitBlend combo.
Tap an outfit to see Anh Bảy try it on:
A few small tasks each day
The Challenges page has daily tasks: log your first meal, log all 3 meals, hit your protein, drink enough water, stay close to your calorie goal. You earn coins for each task you finish. There are also weekly challenges.
The app counts your streak of consecutive days logging meals. You choose your own target of 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.
You can invite friends to use it with you and keep each other on track. Friends only see your name, your streak and the number of days you logged meals. Your weight, health details and phone number are never shown to friends.

Look back over the whole week, not just today
The Progress page shows charts of your weight, weekly calories and how far you still have to go to reach your target weight. If you keep your current eating level, the app estimates roughly which month you will reach your goal and clearly labels it as an estimate.
- Choose a diet: balanced, low carb, low fat, high protein, keto or vegetarian.
- Choose a pace of losing 0.25 to 1 kg a week, or gaining 0.25 to 0.5 kg. The app never lowers calories below 1,200 kcal for women and 1,500 kcal for men.
- Meal-time and water reminders, which you can switch off at any time.
- Light or dark theme.

Use it with FitBlend chicken breast powder
One 10 g scoop of FitBlend chicken breast powder has about 9 g of protein and 40 kcal (3 scoops, 30 g, about 27 g of protein and 121 kcal) (per the label: 100 g has 90 g of protein, 404 kcal). In the app, logging scoops takes a single tap, with 3 everyday ways to use it: blend into a smoothie, stir into porridge, stir into soup.
The 7-day meal plan is built around your calorie and protein goals, lets you swap dishes, and includes FitBlend smoothies if you use them. If you choose the vegetarian diet, the plan has no meat, fish or poultry and the app does not suggest smoothies made with chicken powder.

How long can you use it for free?
The app is not sold separately for now. You can use Mr Fit Macro in any of the ways below.
After you order, FitBlend sends you a personal link to open the app and claim the days that come with your order. If you have several entitlements at once, the app uses the latest expiry date.
Frequently asked questions
Are the calorie numbers in the app accurate?
They are estimates. The app uses a dish table based on USDA nutrition data and common portion sizes, and has not weighed each dish. Use it to see your eating trends across the day and the week. The numbers do not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian.
Do I have to download the app from the App Store or Google Play?
No. Open fitblend.vn/app in your phone browser. To get an icon on your home screen like a normal app, tap the “Tải app” (Install app) button at the top of the Today page.
What if my dish is not in the table?
Most dishes can still be estimated from what you type or from a photo. If the app does not recognise a dish, pick a similar one or enter the calories yourself. Names of dishes not yet in the table are saved separately, without your name or phone number, so FitBlend can add them.
How is my data used?
FitBlend stores your height, weight, goal and the meals you log in order to work out suggestions for you. Food photos and phrases the app does not understand are sent to Google’s Gemini AI service to read the dishes, without your name or phone number; FitBlend does not store the photos. You can delete your account right inside the app. See also the privacy policy and the data deletion page (both in Vietnamese).
Can I use it if I am vegetarian?
Yes. Choose the Chay (vegetarian) diet in the goal settings: the 7-day plan has no meat, fish or poultry (eggs and milk are still included) and the app does not suggest smoothies with chicken powder.
Who should ask a doctor before using it?
If you are pregnant, under 18, underweight or have a condition that needs a special diet, ask a doctor before cutting calories. If you tell Mr Fit that you are pregnant, under 18 or underweight, the app switches off calorie suggestions so FitBlend staff can advise you personally. Food is not medicine.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app invites you to order chicken breast powder or a FitBlend combo to keep using it. Everything you have logged is still there when you come back.
