Delivery, payment and returns policy

FitBlend sells chicken breast powder (delivered nationwide) and protein smoothies (delivered within Ho Chi Minh City). This page summarises how delivery, shipping fees and payment work.

Delivery

• Chicken breast powder: delivered across Vietnam.
• Smoothies and slow-cooked chicken: delivered within Ho Chi Minh City, always packed on ice to stay cold. Outside Ho Chi Minh City we do not deliver smoothies; we recommend the chicken breast powder instead.

Shipping fees

• Chicken breast powder: orders of 500,000₫ or more (after discounts) ship free; orders under 500,000₫ pay a 30,000₫ shipping fee.
• Smoothies in Ho Chi Minh City: new customers get free shipping on the first delivery. Later deliveries are charged at the Be app rate, and our staff will tell you the fee at delivery.
• Seasonal shipping promotions are shown on the order page.

Payment

• Pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. This applies to both chicken breast powder and smoothies.
• For bank transfer, our staff will send the account details when confirming your order.

Returns

• Smoothies and slow-cooked chicken: if the item is wrong, missing or spoiled on arrival, tell us within 24 hours of receiving it and send a photo. FitBlend will remake the item or refund you. Correct, undamaged items cannot be returned (these are fresh products).
• Chicken breast powder: if the seal is intact, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of receiving it. Once opened, we only exchange it if it is faulty (spoiled, wrong flavour, wrong pack size), with a photo.
• Return shipping: if the fault is FitBlend's, FitBlend pays.
